So Yummy & Easy!
1 pound Chicken
4 cups Chicken Broth (I prefer Bone Broth for higher protein)
1 can Rinsed Corn
1 can Rinsed Black Beans
1 can Tomato Sauce
2 tbs. Oregano
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (add more or less depending on your taste)
1 tbs. Franks Red Hot (add more or less depending on your taste)
*OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup Flour for thickening.
Dump all in a crock pot and cook all day.
Serve with any toppings of choice:
Crumbled Tortilla Chips
Avocado or Guacamole
MAKE A TON and Freeze for future use.
